My organisaiton arranged for Simmark to install cabling for an office relocation at my Disability site in Miranda. Ben McMahon and Christian were the two technicians and were absolutely fantastic. Cathy and I are very happy with the installation on Tuesday led by Bo and his offsider Jacob. Bo was very professional and careful. He consulted at all stages. He was ably assisted by Jacob.
The electrical work done by Lincoln and Luke was also completed to a high standard. There was an issue with the smoke alarm which was resolved on Thurs to our complete satisfaction. Lincoln and Luke both went to considerable length to ensure we were happy which we were.

Being on the market for a new air conditioning system for my home, I came across Simmark. I checked their credentials online and thought they were worth a go.
After getting quotes from quite a few other providers in Wollongong, I found the quote from Simmark to be quite competitive. A special mention at this stage to Matt from Simmark, who was very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the best system for me. I accepted their quote and had my new system installed within a matter of days, and I couldn’t be happier.

I contacted Simmark regarding a solar system having been let down by another supplier. It was like chalk and cheese. Upfront service was fast and professional and the work was carried out by many employees all of whom were the most respectful bunch you would wish to have at your home. Our new panels were great but the Tesla powerwall 11 is the bees knees!

As trying as the continuing disappointments were, I did appreciate that the steps taken along the way were the logical ones. In my work life my business enters into quite a few supplier relationships, and I’ve learnt over the years that the best way to find a good supplier is to look for one that is big enough to the capable but small enough to care.
Though the unusualness of me end-of-the-powerlines site posed some issues, Simmark did what a good supplier does, and kept at it until the customer was satisfied, even though there was no money outstanding by the end of the process.
Any mug can do the easy stuff, it’s when the going gets harder that the best operators shine.
I want to tell you how pleased I was yesterday to deal with the boys and observe how . professional they both were, nothing was a trouble to them and they even cleaned up their minor mess. This is very these days of tradesmen so please pass on my appreciation to then both and their Manager. I am more than happy with the new unit – it copes very well during operation and warmed my home more than expected last night.

We would like to thank you for your great service and professional workmanship by your employee James. He showed an excellent knowledge of the operation of our solar hot water system which had not operated since it was installed (by another company) and was operational within an hour.
James also located a leak in the LPG gas bottle manifold and rectified the problem.

Your technicians came out to the Southern Highlands to give a quote and then to fix my air-conditioner. Very professional and knowledgeable young men. On both occasions they were on time, friendly and able to explain the problem to me in layman’s terms. On top of this the office staff are great and the bill came in less than the quote! Couldn’t ask for more.
Simmark installed a solar setup for our property, a complex install with panels displaced from the house on the shed. Throughout the quotation phase they provided excellent advice appropriate to our situation, and during the install they were able to re-design the entire setup on the fly to achieve an install on the same day when issues popped up out of their control, and honouring the original quote for what ended up being a better system. If you want quality, excellent customer service and local support choose Simmark, they will certainly get my repeat business.
Couldn’t speak more highly of Matt, Rhys and the team from Simmark. Only 1 week out from xmas and needed a new ducted AC. They made it happen within the small time frame and were professional from start to finish. Great service!
