Simmark is a Certified Tesla Battery Powerwall Installer servicing the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Goulburn and Southern Highlands. A Tesla battery Powerwall cuts out the need for fossil fuels as you can store solar energy which is generated during daylight hours. Through the use of your solar panels it charges your Tesla battery Powerwall so that at night you can power your home with sustainable energy 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Tesla Powerwall consists of a 14 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, liquid thermal control system, an integrated inverter and software that intelligently dispatches electricity when it’s needed most. The unit mounts seamlessly on a wall or on the ground, indoors or outdoors, and is connected to the grid to export excess energy, maximizing your opportunity for economic benefit.
Powerwall can provide a number of benefits:

In addition to grid-connected solar / battery systems, Simmark employs CEC accredited designers and installers for fully off-grid systems.
Although many of the advantages of an off-grid system can be achieved with a well-designed grid-connected system, sometimes, it doesn’t make sense to spend the money to establish a new electrical mains connection to the grid. This is usually the case in a new construction situation in a rural environment. However, off grid systems can also make sense for granny flats, sheds and other applications.

The BYD Battery-Box comes in 3 flexible versions, Battery-Box HV, Battery-Box Res and Battery-Box Pro. All versions are lithium battery units with a Battery Control Unit that allows for integration with an external inverter.
