The idea of living in a residence that costs half the deposit of a regular home is complemented by the attraction of getting back to basics and simplicity in a world that just keeps speeding up. There are a lot of companies emerging who offer pre-fabricated ‘tiny houses’ that utilise passive solar design and other low impact principles. Simmark will be hosting events on 21 & 22 November where the Tesla Tiny House will be on display and presentations on the concept and relevant technologies will occur.
