Yes. We service every major brand including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu and Panasonic. We install Daikin (we're a Daikin Specialist Dealer) but we'll service or repair whatever you've already got, whether we installed it or not.
Yes. We service every major brand, regardless of who installed it. If we didn't put the system in, that's no problem. We'll treat it like we did.
Every quote follows a site visit. We don't price air conditioning sight-unseen because every home is different. Layout, roof space and power setup all change the job, and we'd rather get it right than guess. The site visit is part of the quote process.
For installation work, we like to get out and see the home first. Every install is different. Layout, roof space, switchboard and where the outdoor unit can go all change the job, and a phone quote would only be a rough number we'd need to revise on the day. For service or repair, once we know the brand, model and what's going on, we can usually give you a clearer idea over the phone.
It depends on the time of year and our current workload. Summer is busier than winter, and some weeks we're booked further out than others. Give us a call on (02) 4422 1244 and we'll let you know what our current wait time is.
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer, model and the type of work. Your estimator will walk you through the warranty position in detail at the quote stage, including what's covered and for how long.

A split is one indoor unit and one outdoor unit, usually for a single room or open area. Ducted runs through the ceiling to multiple rooms from one outdoor unit. Multi-split runs several indoor units off one outdoor unit, useful when ducting isn't practical.
