Whether you reach out via our website or give us a call, we'll have a quick conversation to understand what you're trying to achieve and work out the right system for your home.
One of our Daikin-accredited estimators will arrange a suitable time to meet you on site. They'll assess the space, take measurements and make sure everything is spec'd correctly before we quote.
You'll receive an itemised quote covering the system, installation and any associated work. No surprises, no hidden costs and no pressure. Just clear information to help you decide.
Our certified installers will carry out the work efficiently and with minimal disruption. Before we leave, we'll walk you through the system and make sure you're comfortable using it.
Once your system is installed, you can join our regular service program. We'll remind you when your AC is due for a service and send one of our team out to keep it running at its best.

NSW Energy Savings Scheme
Through the NSW Government's Energy Savings Scheme, eligible households and small businesses can receive an upfront discount on the cost of installing a new energy efficient air conditioner. The discount is applied directly to your quote. It's not a rebate you claim back later.
As an accredited ESS provider, Simmark can apply the discount on your behalf and handle the associated paperwork. The amount varies depending on the system type, its efficiency rating and your location. We'll confirm what applies to your install when we provide your quote.

A new system is a real investment, so it makes sense to ask questions before you commit. We've put together the ones we hear most often, along with the honest answers we'd give over the phone or on a site visit.

We're happy to talk it through, no pressure and no commitment.
It depends on the system. A simple split can be done in a morning. A large ducted system typically takes around a day for a full team. Our estimator will give you a realistic timeframe during the site inspection, and labour is always included in the quote. No surprise hourly charges.
Yes. Removal and proper disposal of your old system is included in the quote. In some cases, this happens as part of a rebate scheme. Your estimator will walk you through what applies to your situation.
This is exactly what the site inspection is for. Older switchboards often need an upgrade before a new AC system can be installed safely. If that's the case, our estimator will include the pricing in your quote, and our qualified electricians handle the work in-house, so you're not juggling multiple trades.
Generally, yes. It helps us set up your apps and answer any questions you have on the day. But if you need to duck out, that's fine too. We'll work around your schedule where we can.
Daikin systems come with a 5 year parts and labour warranty from the date of installation.
Yes. We've worked with every kind of property setup, including strata, tenanted properties, government and social housing and commercial. If your situation needs extra approvals or paperwork, we'll flag it upfront.
The quote covers everything: supply, installation and commissioning. We price transparently, so the number you see is the number you pay. Anything that could change the price (like switchboard work) is identified during the site inspection and included upfront.
Absolutely. We offer ongoing servicing and can send you a reminder when your AC is due for its next service, so you don't have to keep track. See our AC servicing page for what's included.
